yay!

so today again I ate more than id have liked to BUT BUT BUT! I did go to the gym and thankfully I did a bit better: 15 mins on the rowing machine and 1 hour on the exercise bike.

It was snowing here today and on the way home from work to the gym I started to feel really dizzy and faint, when I got to the gym I had to have a sugary drink and sat for 5 mins with my head down to get the blood back, it helped a little, I wont lie I was very scared, I rarely get dizzy turns and it certainly wasnt due to lack of food or hydration!

Oh well tonight I plan on sleeping naturally, no sleeping pills, they are just herbal ones but im not gonna take them just in case they have something to do with how I felt today *sighs*

To the lady that commented on my last post, im normally a crazy rower! I can last for over an hour but usually aim to do 30 mins each gym session but when im not feeling motivated I tend to go for the easy option of the stationary bike! im gonna try and use it for 30 mins next time I go, or at least 20 mins then 30 mins the time after that! Dont wanna loose my biceps! <<<– they are tiny but at least there is a lil muscle definition! :)

Does anyone else love Gossip Girl, how awesome is Dorota!

   I read that she might be getting her own spin off series, yay!
