okay!

So this is definately not the time of year for diets!

I am all fluey and ick and hungry all the time, its christmas!

I give up im going to start afresh in the new year, its no big deal, im not actually overweight anyway just want to get to a weight im happy with. Im going to try and stop being so hard on myself and get on with my life with curves! (for now anyway!)

its time to end the pointless battle with food! :)

    i hear ya on how almost pointless it seems. don’t give up entirely, know that any progress you made thus far has been a fight, so try and keep it off! :) merry xmas!
