Today & Saturday = Major binge days

No gym just lots and lots of foood :( why do I continue to do this to myself

I feel so worthless

I was doing so well, I could actually feel my hip bones again

Now I feel disgusting and I have to be up at 6 for work :(

    It’s not that you were doing well it’s that you are doing well. Look at time in terms of the last 10 days not the last 24 hours. You had a “blip” but no reason you can’t just keep right on going with good habits. Record the blip, notice the blip, learn from the blip - just don’t live the blip.

    You’ll get there but even when you’re “there” you’ll always have the occasional “blip.”
