im SO tired

Today I found my wee mp3 player that has like 20 songs ive heard a million times before *yawns* I couldnt even last 5 mins on the rowing machine!
I did just plug my earphones into the treadmill and I lasted for 1 hour 5 mins! and then 30 mins on the exercise bike so not a bad day or a bad week………….. WHY AM I NOT LOOSING ANY WEIGHT!
Im reluctant to reveal my weight and measurements at this stage as you will all think im a failure as it would seem I have achieved nothing
im going to take my fat negative butt to bed!

Don’t let the scale get you down :/ Are your clothes getting any looser? Maybe you need to change up your routine a bit. I read some of your previous entries and saw that you do 1-2 hrs of cardio. You’re probably overtraining (google “too much cardio”). You really only need 30 min - 1 hr of cardio everyday, unless you’re training for a marathon or triathalon. You should do some strength training to build some muscle every other day. Muscle can burn calories at a resting state. One more thing, on days you do workout a lot, you need to eat more.
