Monday 7am

It would seem 3 sleeping pills = coma like sleep for at least 7 hours

and 2 sleeping pills = no sleep at all!

Im so tired and my head hurts :/

    Ugh. Sometimes things just seem way to much to handle. I think it cycles. You’re bound to have an ‘up’ period after such a mighty ‘down’. Just remind yourself that it will pass…
