Today I was beyond useless at work!

Im so tiiirrredd, at lunchtime and after work I went on the search for wild lettuce extract which is meant to be good for insomnia, never found it after much trapsing around many shops

I didnt go to the gym, I had good intentions thou, I took my big silly rucksack to work with all my gym stuffs but I couldnt face it.

I did spend 4pm-6pm walking around the shops so thats better than nothing!

Urgh I better get ready for bed its after 9pm now
