Went to the gym :) Did 1 hour on the rowing machine (if felt too easy but was apparently on the hardest setting) 40 mins on the excercise bike 10 mins on the power plate and 5 mins on the weights

I did eat a bit too much thou :/

v Large bowl of choco shreddies 300

slim a soup (spicy cajun veg) 75

Large baked potatoe with a whole tub of low fat cottage cheese 550

1 weight watchers caramel rice pudding 150

a bar of galaxy chocolate (small) 150 cals

and a huge hot chocolate drink (low fat of course, but I did put in like 10 teaspoons!) 150 cals

Total 1375 cals which isnt a huge amount but its still too much :/

Im off to bed, im feeling a lil better now :)
