I’m a bit new to this whole diet blogging thing, but it seems like a great way to hold myself accountable and not cheat. Kind of like an internet diary. Anyway, I’ve been dieting for the past three days and have already lost like five pounds! I know it’s mostly water weight, but still, it feels really good to actually see a change on the scale. I’m actually really excited about my diet and feel really good about it. I’m currently on spring break though, so we’ll see how this newfound excitement translates once I’m back at school with all the stresses of classes and clubs. Wish me luck!
