10am: FREE breakfast @ IKEA!!! eggs, veggies & hash, bacon

12:30pm: 1/2 “sin”amon roll @ Ikea

1:30pm: In & Out burger: cheeseburger w/ tomato & ketchup + french fries

6pm: 1 waffle w/ PB, few mandarin oranges (feeling bloated)

8pm: stovetop popcorn, calming tea

2:30pm: turkey, 1c mashed potato, 1/4c green bean casserole, 1c stuffing, 1/4c gravy + glass of sparkling cider

5pm: slice of pumpkin pie

8pm: sugar free choc pudding

Hey all. Sorry I missed boot camp on Mon. Things aren’t going so well at home plus I had a headache and was a bit quesey so I decided to sit it out. I’m sure Beth and Leilani provided you a wonderful workout and I’m sorry I missed it. Though I haven’t been on here to blog lately I have written things down…

Sun 11/22

8:30am granola & milk; green tea

9:30am 2 pilsbury “sin”amon rolls

2pm Target cafe…kids PB&J (rae refused to eat it), popcorn, bread sticks (3) with marinara sauce

5pm fun size 3 muskateers

7pm piece of Pesto pizza from Pieces

***you will be able to see my eating is just as chaotic as my life. I need to shake this. The 6 pounds I lost have not all come back but 3 of them have.

 

Mon 11/23

Back at work and it was a busy day

8:30am 2 frozen waffles with light syrup; green tea

11am gorgonzala crackers

2pm Noah’s egg mit sandwich w/ turkey sausage & cheddar on whole wheat bagel

6:30pm Panda Express orange chicken rice bowel, 1 chicken egg roll

 

Tues 11/24

8am green tea, kids Kashi cereal w/ milk

9:30 1/2 a luna bar

10:30 Cliff Jr. bar; 100 cal goldfish

1pm Subway turkey sandwich on 9 grain honey oat w/ honey mustard, swiss, tomato, bell peppers + iced tea sweetened w honey

***took a super long nap when I got home 5:30-8pm!

8pm 1c lasagna, 1 slice wheat french bread, 1 slice corn bread, 1 fun size snickers

 

***Weds has already started off bad. I had trouble sleeping last night as always so I ignored my alarm to get up and exercise. I now have to bust it to work. Last day of my work week though!

Fri…it was a hellacious day! Way too much drama.

12pm had to do a quick run…McDonald’s (ugh) plain McChicken w/ small frie & small diet coke

4:30pm airplane pack of honey roasted peanuts (thanks Southwest)

7pm homemade turkey chilli (made by my hubby & girls), corn bread & 1/2 corn on the cobb

 

Sat

9am lf vanilla yogurt w/ granola

10:30am green tea

12pm leftover turkey chilli w corn bread; green tea; small piece Dove dark choc

4:30pm green tea

7pm Red Robin: grilled chicken burger w/ tomato, guac, lettuce, swiss cheese & 15 steak fries

I don’t always have time to get on the computer plus I was in San Diego for a few days so blogging has gone by the wayside. Here’s yesterday and today to get me back in the groove…

Weds 11/18

8:30 mini bagel w/ lf strawberry cc; green tea

10:30 apple, handful of pita chips

11:30 Trader Joe’s egg white salad w/ spinach, feta, parmesean on gorgonzola crackers (190 cal) + white tea energy drink (160 cal)

6pm rotisserie chicken, green beans, corn

!bootcamp!

10pm 2 brownies, chamomile tea

3am…woke up again…hungry…can’t sleep. watched part of Kite Runner and ate 10 wheat crackers, 1 string cheese

 

Thurs 11/19

*meeting day at work* plus we celebrated someone’s retirement :)

8:30am green tea

9am 1/2 cheese bagel w cc

10am piece of cheesecake w fruit on top

2:30pm Subway Eat Fresh! oven roasted chicken on flatbread w/ honey mustard, swiss, bell peppers, tomato + baked chips + Arnold Palmer + piece of yummy choc cake!

4pm piece of Dove dark choc

7:30pm clementine

8:45pm 1c spag w/ veggie sauce and ground turkey + 2 slices of garlic bread
