Hey all. Sorry I missed boot camp on Mon. Things aren’t going so well at home plus I had a headache and was a bit quesey so I decided to sit it out. I’m sure Beth and Leilani provided you a wonderful workout and I’m sorry I missed it. Though I haven’t been on here to blog lately I have written things down…
Sun 11/22
8:30am granola & milk; green tea
9:30am 2 pilsbury “sin”amon rolls
2pm Target cafe…kids PB&J (rae refused to eat it), popcorn, bread sticks (3) with marinara sauce
5pm fun size 3 muskateers
7pm piece of Pesto pizza from Pieces
***you will be able to see my eating is just as chaotic as my life. I need to shake this. The 6 pounds I lost have not all come back but 3 of them have.
Mon 11/23
Back at work and it was a busy day
8:30am 2 frozen waffles with light syrup; green tea
11am gorgonzala crackers
2pm Noah’s egg mit sandwich w/ turkey sausage & cheddar on whole wheat bagel
6:30pm Panda Express orange chicken rice bowel, 1 chicken egg roll
Tues 11/24
8am green tea, kids Kashi cereal w/ milk
9:30 1/2 a luna bar
10:30 Cliff Jr. bar; 100 cal goldfish
1pm Subway turkey sandwich on 9 grain honey oat w/ honey mustard, swiss, tomato, bell peppers + iced tea sweetened w honey
***took a super long nap when I got home 5:30-8pm!
8pm 1c lasagna, 1 slice wheat french bread, 1 slice corn bread, 1 fun size snickers
***Weds has already started off bad. I had trouble sleeping last night as always so I ignored my alarm to get up and exercise. I now have to bust it to work. Last day of my work week though!
