Longest run yet!

I jogged — I know, I lied about the “run” — 4.75 miles. Maybe instead of a 5K, I will suck it up and shoot for a 10K. I would be so proud of myself. It isn’t until October. I could have gone longer than what I did, but it was getting dark out and I didn’t want to set my bar too high so soon.
