148

Drats!  I am so friggin hungry ever since I had to lower my points.  I have a couple games tonight so I hopefully will stay away from the crackers I have in my pantry.  I am not going to let 148 be the death of me.  I am going to be a good dieter this weekend.  No state fair food.  Last night we had a game and spanked ‘em, so I took Baby Boy for a stroll around the track.  We had to leave early because those skeeters are so bad around here (river is less than a half mile away).  

My mini goal is to hit 145 in two weeks.

    I hate that you are hungry, you’re doing so good! I only get hungry if I don’t eat my food plan, especially, not enough protein. You are doing so good! My best on the mini-goal.

    Oh,I wanted to say, I checked out that hungry girl site you mentioned,and it looks great! I can’t wait to try some of their substitution recipes, their food looks so yummy and junky! Thanks for the recommendation.

    I knew you would love that site! I get messages from them every day on new foods and food lists, all that good stuff. I actually made that soup yesterday, used it for a couple servings. I am going to have some tonight for my before-bed snack.
    But for dinner, I am going to have some tacos. Tacos are pretty much the reason I beat a previous plateau. I use small yellow corn tortillas, a little meat and cheese, a few olives, lots of onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and taco sauce. They are 2 points apiece.
