I am MILF

What a great film!  And book!  Any cartoon that inspires an eleven-year-old kid to read a book written in 1865 deserves a shout out.  Now that I am a mama, we watch a lot of cartoons, but none of the digital stuff.  While right now, he is in his “Grease” phase (it’s pretty much just looped and plays in the background so he can dance and sing all around the house), I have pre Little Mermaid Disney feature films aplenty.  I am talking everything from Alice in Wonderland to The Parent Trap, not to mention about six Charlie Brown cartoons.  Don’t get me wrong, Ratatouille is great.  But come on, “Garden Afternoon”?  No comparison.
