			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Great, I work for 19 days straight and get sick from it. Darn it!. &lt;shaking fist into the air&gt;. Anyway, the cold medicine is definitely helping and not helping at the same time. IT keeps my nose from running, but my head feels like it is in a vice and my hearing really sucks. Plus the medicine keeps me from wanting to eat anything. So, I&#8217;m having a hard time trying to get any food in my stomach. At least I managed to eat lunch today and traded food for lots of liquids. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Here&#8217;s what I kinda ate today.</p>
<p>Breakfast: 3 cups of water</p>
<p>Lunch: 3oz cheese, 1 cup of salad, 1 orange</p>
<p>Dinner: 4 cups of water.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Finally got off work early for once. I&#8217;m going to enjoy up to 11 hours of sleep tonight. Anyway, I&#8217;ve been real busy living at work. To think, I&#8217;m not exaggerating. I got one of those jobs where if you need extra money, getting overtime is a an hour or two here and maybe an hour or two the week after. Instead, my job was practically unlimited overtime. I worked the last 18 days in a row. Yes 18 days! I went broke in January when I bought my car and now I&#8217;ve made all of the money back in less than 2 months. Oh! I really have been keeping track of my food as much as I could. I&#8217;m surprised I&#8217;m not sick and tired of eating the same thing yet. huh.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m still proud of the fact that I still managed to lose weight throughout the time I spent working. I haven&#8217;t done any exercising for the past 2 weeks. This will cause me to re-evaluate my exercise plans and adjust them accordingly. Hopefully it won&#8217;t seem like its starting over. Also, I got more diet stuff. I&#8217;m trying out protein candy bars and cookies to mix things up some because eggs, cheese and chicken are getting old. I&#8217;m also going to be looking into checking diet friendly recipes on 3fc also. maybe I can find some favorites in it. Below is what foods I could keep track of.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am really tired right now and didn&#8217;t keep track of what day it is. That&#8217;s because of all the extra work I&#8217;ve been doing lately. It got real busy at my job and I&#8217;m working close to 16 hours a day. I&#8217;ve been writing down what I&#8217;ve been eating so I can keep track of things. I&#8217;ll post all that later when I have the time. For now, I just want to check in to let people know that I didn&#8217;t give up the diet. I haven&#8217;t done any exercise for over a week now, but I&#8217;m still losing weight. I believe it&#8217;s thanks to all of the protein I&#8217;ve been eating and drinking, so it&#8217;s not as bad as it seems. Can&#8217;t wait to get back to my routine, I&#8217;m starting to feel lazy again, like wanting to take naps in the middle of the day again. I still got a lot of long work shifts ahead of me, so I going to bed now. Oh, I&#8217;ll keep track of what I&#8217;m eating still so there will be a post for all of it to get caught up.</p>

This meant I had to make up my breakfast and lunch really quick.  I was tired from my workout for the rest of the day and I figured might as well keep a theme going. My dinner was left overs as well. I must admit that 2 hard boiled eggs and a cup of broccoli was actually more filling than I thought. I guess I should be thankful for today happening. , So, here&#8217;s what I ate today.</p>

I&#8217;m not getting tired of it, especially it saves me quite a bit of money when compared to how much other people spend on those salad bowls from their grocery store. I got a friend who spend close to $5 a day on a salad bowl. I spend about $10 for 2 weeks worth of salad. That is a huge difference. Wait, I got off topic. Anyway, I&#8217;m gonna try different ways to have veggies prepared, like steamed to change things up. Tonight&#8217;s dinner was actually pretty, It&#8217;s what led me to change my veggie intake. Here&#8217;s what I ate today.</p>
