Started my day off with some drama. Woot. I boiled a bunch of eggs yesterday for turn into something, but I had to eat them plain boiled because my car thought it was too cold to want to start today, After 30 minutes of trying, it finally remembered I had to go to work today. This meant I had to make up my breakfast and lunch really quick. I was tired from my workout for the rest of the day and I figured might as well keep a theme going. My dinner was left overs as well. I must admit that 2 hard boiled eggs and a cup of broccoli was actually more filling than I thought. I guess I should be thankful for today happening. , So, here’s what I ate today.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 slice of 45 calorie wheat toast, 2 fish oil pills, 1 protein drink
Snack: 1 oz cheese, 1 protein drink, 1 protein drink
Lunch: 2 eggs, 1 cup of broccoli, 1 apple, 2 fish oil pills, 1 protein drink
Dinner: 6oz chicken, broccoli, 1 serving of Melba Toast, 2 fish oil pills, 1 protein drink
