Sweet, I got to chill out a little early today. I think I’m going to stop doing salad for a little bit to get some variety in my meals. I’m not getting tired of it, especially it saves me quite a bit of money when compared to how much other people spend on those salad bowls from their grocery store. I got a friend who spend close to $5 a day on a salad bowl. I spend about $10 for 2 weeks worth of salad. That is a huge difference. Wait, I got off topic. Anyway, I’m gonna try different ways to have veggies prepared, like steamed to change things up. Tonight’s dinner was actually pretty, It’s what led me to change my veggie intake. Here’s what I ate today.
Breakfast: 6oz cottage cheese, 2 fish oil pills, 1 protein drink
Snack: 1oz cheddar cheese, 1 protein drink
Lunch: 6oz chicken, 1 cup of salad, 4 strawberries, 2 fish oil pills, 1 protein drink
Dinner: Taco salad - [4oz ground beef, 2oz cheese, 1 cup of lettuce, tomato, and green onions, 1 tortilla (baked into chips)], 2 fish oil pills, 1 protein drink
