Day 9

Woke up this morning and was surprised to not feel any pain from working out twice yesterday. Sweet. My morning workouts are getting done faster. I average about 25 minutes to finish them. I plan on doing the weighted workouts 5 days a week. Plus, I can ix up that workout session with other exercises that target my arms and my legs. Today, I will go to the store to get diet friendly groceries, now that I have the money to do it. But first, I just got so I’m going to go do my morning workout now.
