They say it takes 3 weeks to make something a routine, it’s now been 102 days since I’ve started eating healthy and exercising (when I’m not injured of course lol). So I think it’s safe to say this life style change isn’t just a change anymore but is who I am. I find even when I walk through the grocery store I have no need or desire to buy junk food or anything! YAY!
Really not much going, it’s TOM so weight is pretty much stalled out till after that. Decided to move my weigh in days to Friday’s as sometimes with work Wednesdays are just a little to tricky and time consumed to get it done. Looking forward to getting back to walking again soon ,wish it was running but gotta take what you can take right?
I heard about “Eating for your blood type”, and how different blood types do better eating different foods and avoiding others. Might look into that sounds interesting and on some level I’m sure there is some truth to it. Once I look into it I may try incorporating some of it into my healthy eating now.
