Weekly weigh-in

Down a smidge this week. (0.4#).  I did manage to walk 5 miles yesterday which probably helped.  Still not motivated to track eating, but trying to be aware of my choices.

I HATE HATE HATE the scale…after all that walking I was up 1.5 pounds!!  Argh.  Maybe It was weighing my stress level instead…right before I set off for my TOPs meeting, my car wouldn’t start…(it’s in the shop today for a new starter at a cost of about $450.  Argh!!

Weekly weigh in results

I lost…0.6 pounds, but it’s enough to put me down a pound on my tracker.  I’m halfway to goal!!!!

A little more progress

My weekly weigh-in last night showed a small loss, so I’m still doing ok.  I’ve been tracking my WW points and exercise points and was about 30 points to the good if I add in my exercise for the week.  Maybe a bigger loss will show next week.  Took this photo in Australia about 5 [...]

Another pound lost

Down to 197.8  Woopie!  Still trying to follow the Wendie Plan with the WW points.  Keeping track of my food and exercise in an excel file.

OK.  It’s official…I was 199.4 at TOPs weigh-in last night!!!  Onederland at last.

Decided to start posting my weekly progress

As of Sept 4th - 200.5 lbs.  Will use my TOPs monday night weigh in results to post here.  I’m going to Onderland or bust!!
