Last class

Just taught my last New Employee Safety Class - it’s really hitting home now.  I’m having mixed feelings, but no, don’t worry, I still know it’s the right time to retire.  Mixed feelings are to be expected.  I stayed the same weight at my weekly weigh-in last night.  Oh well.  Not much more to say right now.

  1. You’ll get through it; and be fine!

  2. Yes. I think so too. It is hard to let go of something so in your life.

But look forward to the lovely free time. :)

    love,

  3. Lynard, I would like to raise a toast to you when your moment comes. Also, give you a really big hug. And then after that…if you need a hug, we’ll still be here ;).

  4. Wow what a lovely trip you had… I can just smell the pancakes and the woods.

It’s a big change ms. lynard so no doubt you’re going to be having some mighty interesting feelings about now. My boss just retired after 35 years and she told me that she felt ’scared s&^less’ down to the week after she was at home. Now she’s adjusting quite well and taking care of one of her friends.

You’ll ease into it and learn a whole new way to enjoy your life. Undoubtedly you’ll keep busy and that’s what keeps us going. :)
