Weekly weigh-in

Down a smidge this week. (0.4#).  I did manage to walk 5 miles yesterday which probably helped.  Still not motivated to track eating, but trying to be aware of my choices.

  1. All good things. Just being aware makes a huge difference. Congrats on your smidge - just picture it in terms of butter (that’s what my WW lady says). :) RubyJean
