Woops, up a little this week

My weekly weigh in report - up 0.4 # - Oh well.  Basically I over ate on the weekend, didn’t track and it showed.  Exercise was good for the week…everyday did at least 40 minutes, including the dreaded stregth training twice.  Weather has been wonderful for walking.  Did 6.5 miles yeasterday at lunch…ended up with a long luch hour as it took 1.5 hours.

    Thank you for the very kind words on my blog. I just read yours, and I like your writing too, and the photographs you posted are lovely. Interesting that you are attracted to roots. What is the Wendie plan? I’m doing the Core, because I thought it seemed very sensible. Well done on all that walking. I am struggling with the exercise, but I WILL improve.
