eat for life, not now

Up half a pound

I know I shouldnt weight myself every day and Mondays are official weigh ins but it’s really annoying to be up half a pound since i am doing everything right.

2 more pounds gone

I am guessing my body is in ketosis. Does the rapid weight loss bc of ketosis stop at some point? (of course negating the fact that I eat carbs?)
