Liquid Diet Plan

I am doing what they call Lean and Green. It’s like what you think of when you think of slimfast. I am currently using products from New Lifestyle, but in the future, I will likely use New Directions or order from Diet Direct.

Here’s what I am doing now. I will add exercise after my feet stop hurting so bad.

Breakfast: 1 Pudding/Shake

Morning Snack: 1 Pudding/Shake

Lunch: 1 Pudding/Shake AND 1 Nutrition Bar or Snack Item

Afternoon Snack: 1 Pudding/Shake

Dinner: 8 oz. Lean Meat AND 2 Cups Vegetables

Evening Snack: 1 Pudding/Shake AND 1 Hot Drink

Chocolate Mini Crisps
Crunchy Cheddar Mix

  3. you have good points, but I am not actually convinced of this. and i got to much confusion in my life at this moment to spend more time on it. I could check back to see your postings.
