Night Out
Last night I went out to see hubby’s band play. And, I ate out. And I did ok. But I think I got sick from the food or something. I was sick last night b4 I went to bed and again today. It stinks to not know why I am getting sick, but as mentioned b4 I have GERD, could it have been that? I do not know.
Anyway, I think I am in for a record loss this week.

Well, yay on the record loss, but not how you are going about achieving it.
I have GERD; it only gives bad heart pain or (when unmedicated, which is now never) quasi-chest pains. Never caused vomiting. But that’s just me. did you “GOOGLE” it?! (LOL-inside joke. 
)

A record loss?? WOO-HOO!!!
