Lazy Weekend

It was a good long weekend. Lots of time relaxing. Thanks everyone for my birthday well wishes.

I hope everyone stayed on point. I ate out a couple times but I stayed within my daily points and have some weekly and activity points left over.

I didn’t get to walk my treadmill for about 3 days but I took a couple walks.  I hope my weigh-in tomorrow night is better than the 1/4 pound lost last week.
