Plateau :(

Weight: Week 5

So, I have lost an increadible…… 0.2lbs this week. Well a loss is a loss!
Seriously, I need to get new scales. They was fluctuating between 230.4, 230.2 and 29.8. As it settled most often on 230.2, that what I’m going with.

I’m feeling materialistic and vaucous….

…. so I thought I would make a list of all the places I want to be able to shop, that I can’t currently because a. they don’t do my size and b. because as none of the clothes fit me I feel self-concious going in to buy accessories which are none size specific.

Weigh Day

Hardly had the heart for it, but I weighed myself to day. Still convinced I need new scales. Apparently I weigh
230.4lbs…. also 16.6st = 232… see the problem?

Once again gained weight

I’m really glad I measured myself in inches last night otherwise I’m sure I would be feeling increadibly disheartened rather than just irritated. I’m now up to 236.2…. blergh. Seriously thinking of investing in one of the frighteningly clever scales which can measure not just weight but fat, muscle and water.
