Plateau :(
Eggh! So for the last 3 weeks I haven’t lost a single thing… 207.4, 207.4, 207.7 it’s all very frustrating, especially as I’ve been doing more exercise; going to the gym 4+ times a week, doing taekwondo twice a week and also being perpetually late for seminars and thus having to power walk for 15 mins to get there on time!
I’ve been going with the “keep doing what you have been doing you’ll get over it” but so far no luck. Also slightly annoyed as I’ve been trying to improve my running, however start of last week started to get shin splints so had to put that on hold
Oh well.
Started to try and drink green tea again. I’m liking the brand I have on the go at the moment…

Could you be building a bit of muscle with all that exercise - no weight loss but clothes getting smaller? Or perhaps a bit of a re adjustment while your body gets used to where you are before losing more? I always think not putting on weight is an achievement you need to give your self credit for - try not to be disheartened.
