Whoops, an unintentional hiatus….

So. Long time, no blog. No excuse, fortunately though just because I stopped blogging doesn’t mean I’ve stopped exercising and loosing weight :D

According to the NHS BMI calculator I have just dropped from being obese to only overweight with a BMI of 29.9 :D This is all dependent  on my height however - if I’m one cm shorter than I think I am then my BMI is 30.1 :(

Anyway I currently weigh

211.4lbs

That’s a 26.6 lb loss since May 30th :D Happy happy happy me.

I’ve dropped one and a half to 2 sizes on my bottom half, so I’m currently wearing size 18 (UK) jeans, and I’m down to 16/18 on my top half. I don’t think I’ve worn a size 16 since I was 16 so I’m rather pleased.

Next week I’m going to be heading off to Uni up near Newcastle. I have been reliably informed that it snows fairly regularly up there, a change from the annual single snowfall what occurs where I live currently. Fortunately even if it’s cold out there’s a gym in my college grounds so there’s no excuse not carry on as I have been. Winter is always the worst time for doing exercise as it’s cold, and you have to change clothes a lot, and wear layers, and shower which means you’re all damp twice a day which is simply uncivilised, but I will persevere!
