Week 6: Weight
Whoo! I’m now in the 220, the 30’s are behind me. Actually I’m pretty much exactly 10lbs down from my start weight.
228.4 = 1.8lbs loss
Happy happy me. It’s strange as I had a bad knee last week so the only exercise I really did was swimming three times a week. However, I did get up to 70 lenghts so thats not bad - 1750m.
