Controlling the urge to do exercise….
…. or is it just an insidious form of procrastination?
I’m meant to be seeing my PT guy today and he works me hard so although I’m starting to get into the habit of doing to bouts of exercise a day I don’t want to be exhausted in 4 hours time and not fully benefit from this session.
I’m trying to think what sort of exercise I could do that won’t be too energy draining… but surely thats the point of exercise? Yoga maybe… or one of those quick 20min sessions on a DVD… I would say a brisk walk, but we’re in what amounts to a heat wave in the UK, so I hardly want to step outside for a walk in the midday sun!

No I haven’t tried pilates. I only know the vaguest amount about it - it’s a bit more strenuous than yoga I take it? Thanks for the excellent suggestion, I’ll definitely look into it
