Weigh Day

Hardly had the heart for it, but I weighed myself to day. Still convinced I need new scales. Apparently I weigh

230.4lbs…. also 16.6st = 232… see the problem?

So that’s a little less than 4 or 6 pounds lost in a week. If that is actually the case I’m a little concerned. Though as an overview I’ve lost on average 1.9lbs a week which is within sensible parameters. Can’t decide whether to be concerned or not.

  1. It’s possible to have lost that- our bodies tend to do odd things at times- perhaps give it a day or so and look again.
