Once again gained weight
I’m really glad I measured myself in inches last night otherwise I’m sure I would be feeling increadibly disheartened rather than just irritated. I’m now up to 236.2…. blergh. Seriously thinking of investing in one of the frighteningly clever scales which can measure not just weight but fat, muscle and water.

So glad you’re back and would LOVE to see some of those paintings….. I haven’t painted in absolute ages and my easel’s gathering loads of dust not to mention my husband’s irritation! LOL. So…. I think you may have a NASTY scale too- they can be real bastards sometimes, BUT we should NOT let our self-confidence be defined by numbers. Hang in there- maybe you too are building muscle (which weighs more than fat…) Remember the quote! Have a fabulous weekend! xxx
