I stole this straight off the lovely Libellula’s page. Excellent find on her part. I can’t help but think this will come in handy. For starters, even if I plateau or take a step backwards, I will be fitter and healthier from doing this, that should never be discounted.

Discovered the “more colours” option on the text colouring palette - I then spent 10 minutes choosing just the right shade. Oh dear.
