Weigh Day, Gained a Pound :(

Boo hiss!

I’m not too worried as I was playing around with the number of calories. The first week I was eating between 1500-1800 and lost approx. 3lbs, so I upped my calories to 2000 which was around the recommended amount for me to still lose weight. Sadly not the case. I’m going to try 1900 this week. I also wasn’t drinking nearly enough water this week so that may have been a factor.

Oh well fingers crossed for next week.

Possibly will invest in a new pair of scales - I think mine might be dodgy… when I was standing on them today they kept changing between 234 up to 236…

  1. Hi Thyme! Seems we had similar weeks and have equally evil scales! I averaged 1850 cals this past week, did hardly any exercise and went up nearly a pound too. So, I have to go back down and stay there! FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS!
