Woo-who! *Does the weightloss dance*

So I weighed myself this morning, and I have lost 3.5lb’s. Calorie counting works, yay!

I’m really pleased about the loss, mainly because I did only a minimal amount of exercise. I’m starting doing exercise everyday now so hopefully this will help with the gradual reduction. But it’s nice to have solid proof that my diet does work :D

New weight: 234.4

Old Weight: 238
