Personal Best
I got a call back from a local private gym/personal trainer set up (it had been a week since I called them I didn’t think I was going to hear back from them) however, I’ve now got an appointment to go in and see them on Friday - hopefully it will be helpful. This of course is a taster session to see if it’s what I’m looking for and worth the money or not.
