Beef Wellington…

I didn’t cook my lunch today, which was delightful (although I’m quite a good cook I don’t always enjoy doing it) however, as you may guess from the title it was beef wellington. Yup, great start to my eating more carefully and losing weight! It wasn’t so bad actually, except I was seduced into trying dessert.

Just one measly spoonful… that won’t be very much, or so I told myself. Fool me! That one spoonful was a hundred calories.

It really doesn’t seem fair :(
