1.  I want to be able to breathe properly - right now my neck fat is choking me

2.  I want to be able to sleep laying down - no GERD or breathing problems keeping me up

3.  I want to be fit enough to be able to work


1.  Daily yoga or stretching

2.  Walking a mile a day
WEIGHT GOAL:  (I am finally feeling up to adding these)

1.  299 - break the 300 barrier and wear my wedding ring again

2.  280 - my previous stable weight
