Fitness Goals

These are my fitness goals:  current / accomplished / someday

On my current list:
–  walk 3/4 mile without stopping
–  walk 1 mile without stopping

–  swim one lap without stopping
–  swim five laps without stopping

– 10 ” girl ” pushups
–  walk all 3 flights of stairs from the basement laundry room without stopping

Accomplished:
–  walk 1/4 mile without stopping
–  walk 1/2 mile without stopping

– do 5 “girl” pushups

–  walk one flight of stairs without stopping
–  get off the couch by myself

Someday:
–  walk in (and finish) a 3k charity race  (goal 2012)
