started keeping a record of what I eat….. surprised

Ok,

So I am working on improving what I eat.  I have made a lot of changes in the last month. And I thought I was doing well……

but today I calculated out my first meal.  An average sized portion of paleek paeer (spinach and fried cheese) to which I added some extra cheese cubes, spinach, onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes.  I thought - here is a meal that is mostly spinach, with plenty of extra veg. and some heart healthy oil  - the thing is, I sauteed those veggies in what I estimate was about 4 tablespoons of olive oil - which I now is about 115 calories a tablespoon on top of however much was used to fry the cheese before I got it hmmmmm……

not as great as I thought

I guess this process will be an eye opener.
