I’m sick of the way I look.
I’m sick of my body being all screwed up from how much I weigh.
I dont want to go to Disney world and not be able to see everything because I’m too tired.
I’m just sick of the way I am. I NEED to change. I need to be less lazy, and have less of a short fuse.

And here at about 4 pm is where I screw up. I ate a bowl of peanut butter cap n crunch, then some stuffed shells, then some sunflower seeds. Ugh, I HATE this,
I am thinking the best idea is to go back on core. I lost better on it, and ate better as well.

I have NO will power. Well, that is not true, I have some. I remembered tonight (while in ukrops, looking at some snack cakes) that the first week is the hardest. After that, the craving for sugar lessens.
This is gonna be one hard week.

Starting out on Wensday, aug 26th 2009.
By this time next year I will have:
*Lost at least 50 pounds
*been to disneyworld
*gotten my GED
A little about me…
I am a (almost) 26 year old mom to two boys. C born in june of 2006 and E born in march of 2009. Also one baby I lost in 2004.
I am a stay at home mom and a hippy. I had a home VBAC (vaginal birth after c-section), we dont vax, and we cloth diaper our kid.
We are taking our sons to Disney world in February of 2010. Mostly for C, but I am sure E will enjoy it as well. We went to Bush Gardens this summer, and it kicked my butt. I need to lose weight, so I dont end up slowing the family down while at Disney world.
