My Reasons for Staying OP September 30, 2007
Here are my 3 main reasons for staying on plan, making a healthy lifestyle change, losing weight, and keeping it off. My husband and my 2 kids are my #1 incentive for all of this. I want to be around for a LONG time with them. My husband has lost 75 pounds since January. I have lost 22 since January (12 of those pounds since August 15). So, we’re doing it! Slow and steady.
