Weigh In 08/08/08 - 189.2 - +.06 August 8, 2008
Today was weigh in day. I gained .06 pounds. I’m not at all mad or concerned and in fact I find myself relieved. I am JUST getting over TOM today… and typically with TOM I can post a 2-3 pound gain - so to have only gained .06 pounds?…. not worried in the least bit. I didn’t meet my … “be 188 by 08/08/08 - but I did that last weigh-in. No problem.
So, onward for the next weigh-in!! My goal for that one is 186…..
