Yes, this past week - after being stuck at 206 all week, I woke up to a nice 203 on the scale for a 2 pound loss!!!!!  I am shocked!  I’ve been stuck at 206 since Halloween (except I did go down to 205 for the day before and day of my last weigh-in).  I think I know what happened…

 *TMI WARNING* This next paragraph discusses bowel movements.

I hadn’t had a poo for the last 4 or 5 days.  I knew there was something there … but nothing was happenin’.  So I jumped on the Metamucil train a couple of days ago - and before I weighed in this morning, the train left the station at a high rate of speed! So, I think that that accounts for the 3 pounds I literally dropped over the course of a day. But, I’ll take it!!! I am 4 pounds from being 199 (a number I haven’t seen for 10 years!!!).  I told my husband he has to kick my butt for this entire next week.  I want to WILL be under 200 for Thanksgiving weekend!!!!!

I felt that strange tingly feeling again just now.  Checked out mycycle.com - ovulation predicted for tomorrow.  Just making a note for the docs.

 Also, I stood up really fast from the computer after I woke up this morning - had to sit right back down - felt lightheaded.  Could this be related to the other things.  Hasn’t happened before - maybe just a one time thing?
