I had my green smoothie for breakfast (spinach, half banana, pineapple, coconut water)


I’m going to start my 30 Day Shred Video tonight too. My cousin has been doing it and loves it!

Weight Loss in 2012

I did it before and I can do it again!


I once lost over 50 lbs and was thinner and happier and healthier than I’d ever been since my teens – then I went to grad school, fast food, eating late, lots of stress…. a year or so after I had gained it all back! Ugh! Don’t you hate that?

So here I am, starting over again!

My plan is to work out, eat more raw foods, eat clean and green! 🙂
