Saturday 1/2: 25 minutes TBL Yoga; 5 Min Denise Austin core complete (on ball) warmup; 15 min DA core (0n ball) arms; 15 minutes DA core on ball buns; 10 min fitness ball flexibility workout. Total 70 minutes.

Sunday 1/3: 40 mins. Taebo kicks (with the kids!); 15 mins DA Core legs on fitness ball; 15 mins DA core and arms; 10 mins Fitness ball flexibility. Total 80 Mins.

Monday 1/4: 25 mins TBL power sculpt; 10 mins ball flexibility Total: 35 mins
