Goal for this week 90 minutes
Mon:
Tues: Walked 20 minutes- slow pace.
Wed: Walked 40 minutes- slow pace. Total 60 minutes…30 minutes to go!!
Thurs:
Fri:
sat: Walked_ med to fast pace- 60 mins!! Whooo Hooo i met my goal!!
Goal: 90 minutes
Actual: 120 minutes!!
I ROCK!
