Chasing away Chubby

The First day!

Today was my first day of student teaching. It went well. I really enjoyed being with the kids again.  I am in the fifth grade and the kids are so much fun at this age.  The first thing I did this morning was put up 2 bulletin boards- which I enjoyed. I really like doing that sort of thing.  I pretty much spent the day observing and getting to know the kids.  There are 2 classes that I will be teaching so that is 48 kids names to learn.  I was trying today, but it will take a few days to learn them all.

Food today was good until dinner.  We got chinese and I overate. :( 

I bought a Kathy Smith  Weight Loss Workout DVD off of Ebay.  I did this workout alot in the 90’s and still have it somewhere on VHS.  It is an hour long workout and it will Kick your boo-tay.  I found it on ebay on DVD and bought it for $2.00.  I did it tonight and couldn’t finish it!  Whatta wimp I am!!!  I don’t know if it was  the shock of doing something different or if I am tired (I didn’t try to do it until almost 9:00 at night) or if this cold is getting the most of me.  But I only did 35 mins and then had to quit. I just couldn’t do anymore!  I am going to do 10 mins on my exercise ball of stretching after I get off here and then i am off to bed.  I may see if I have any nyquil left.  This cold is getting to me.

I didn’t sleep well last night form coughing and from first day nerves.  Ihave had sinus trouble for along time now and now it is trying to go into my lungs.  I am fighting it.  Since I have no income and no job- I have no insurance.  I also have no money.  So I can not go to the doctor so I just have to tough it out.   When I finally got to sleep, I ended up over sleeping! I got to school just as the supervising teacher was opening her door for the students so I did not feel so bad about being a few minutes late.  Tomorrow I will be on time.

Well off to stretch out and read my “Running for Mortals” book and then off to bed with me!  Love to all!
