A good dieting day!
I am on the dieting wagon this morning! I got up this morning and drove into town to workout at curves for 45 minutes, went to mail the packages I was suppose to mail yesterday, and went to Wal-Mart to purchase a few things we needed. I had a MUFA breakfast of a handful of walnuts and 3 pcs of Dove dark chocolate. I snacked on a handful of chex mix. Lunch will be a LC meal and some organic sunflower seeds. I bought some lemon juice to add to my water, so that will be my drink. Dinner is going to be pot roast with veggies and for my MUFA will be a T. of olive oil on my potatoes with Mrs Dash for seasoning- no butter.
You have got to love a diet where dark chocolate is a staple!
Weight this AM was 219 so I am firmly down a pound! I am looking for tomorrow to be lower since I am doing so well today! Here’s to hoping.
Yes I weigh in daily. It keeps me motivated and focused.

Congrats on the good diet day…yes, I’m back. But my page is different and I hoping that so is my attitude. Good luck in the new year and first and foremost, love yourself! ; )
I weigh in daily too right now - keeps me focused and not in denial. I don’t stress too much over a number up a bit - I know they fluctuate, so my official weight changes are weekly.
