Frustration. Grrrr!

Well, I am a little frustrated.  When I was doing my one meal a day diet I lost weight-almost immediately.  Now that I am doing the 4-6 mini meals a day thing I am not losing weight at all and that is with 1-2 hours of exercise a week.  I am feeling a tad frustrated.  I am keeping my calories around 1400 and doing everything the experts tell you do to.  I am tracking all my food at http://www.myfooddiary.com and usually do a pretty decent job of keeping things in check.  IDK why I am not dropping pounds.  Obviously I am doing something wrong. I have to rethink this.  Should I go back to my original plan.  It was eat once a day-anything I wanted.  I lost alot of weight doing that, but got ribbed because people thought I wasn’t eating enough.  I was eating enough calories.  I am a binge eater so I can easily eat 1000 calories at one sitting.  But even though I could have anything I wanted I did a great job of choosing better food to eat.  I introduced myself to veggie burgers and veggie corndogs. (Veggie corn dogs are better than the originals!!!) I’m gonna give this a few more days but if I don’t start losing some weight soon I am going back to the once a day diet.  I have a halloween costume to get into!

Today’s plans are to go to the local “court days”.  Then probably back home to exercise and clean up.  I am staying with BF tonight.  I am going to eat healthy.  I wanna do this so bad.  I am really trying.  The pounds will stop dropping soon.  I know they will.

Think postive.  My legs look better, my stomach looks a little smaller.  This is working, this is working…

    Don’t give up on the mini meals! I used to eat once a day, too, and when I went to the mini meals I actually gaines at first, but after about 3 weeks I started losing again and I felt SO much better. Stick with it!

    Babe you’re definitely shrinking your stomach - just hang in there and resist the urge to weigh every day ok? It’s gonna fall off - you just keep it up.

    I’m sure you’re feeling a bit thinner already just from the mini meals and the exercise. You keep rockin’ darlin.
